Organizational Audit Tool
“Is Your Organization Ethics-Ready?”
This diagnostic tool is designed to help executives and senior leaders evaluate the current state of their organization’s ethical readiness. The audit is structured to prompt critical reflection and guide practical improvements toward building a resilient, values-aligned organization.

Are there clear processes for reporting, investigating, and escalating ethical concerns?
Are ethical lapses met with consistent and fair consequences?

Summary dashboard with a risk profile and priority areas for action
Optional follow-up workshop to explore organizational ethics scenarios
Outcome:
At the conclusion of the audit, leaders will receive a profile of their organization’s current ethical strengths and gaps, along with recommended next steps to strengthen internal integrity, build trust, and reduce ethical risk.
